One box per bay
Every door bay, drawer front, filler strip and toe kick is its own element - not one slab labelled "run". A twelve-foot desk front of six door panels comes back as six boxes, because that is what gets cut.
Mind AI reads a room's floor plan, interior elevations, millwork details and finish schedule the way an experienced detailer does - every dimension string, tag bubble and material callout - and reconstructs the whole room as a precise 3D box model you can open in SketchUp.
Not a rough massing tool. It follows the dimension chains as drawn, and tells you plainly which numbers came off the sheets and which it had to assume.
Every door bay, drawer front, filler strip and toe kick is its own element - not one slab labelled "run". A twelve-foot desk front of six door panels comes back as six boxes, because that is what gets cut.
Fronts sit on a solid carcass, and countertops keep their layered structure - top, waterfall panels, backsplash - instead of collapsing into a single slab floating in air.
Each model comes with the reasoning: which elevation went on which wall and why, how the footprint chain was read, and exactly where a standard value filled a gap the sheets left.
Schedule a whole floor and every job runs in parallel. Work survives restarts and deployments - a job interrupted mid-run goes back on the queue instead of disappearing.
Scheduled results land read-only in an approval queue. Leave remarks, approve or reject - and only approved work moves into the playground for refinement and into the permanent record.
COLLADA export written for SketchUp's importer specifically, with nested named groups per wall and run so the outliner matches how the job is actually organised.
Four sheet numbers and a room. That is the whole input.
Drop in the architectural PDF. Mind AI scans every title block once and indexes the sheet numbers, so the whole set becomes searchable.
Give the room number and the plan, elevation, detail and finish-schedule sheets. Sheet numbers resolve to page numbers as you type, so a typo is caught before anything runs.
The model reads the sheets at full resolution alongside their exact text layer. Walls and casework appear in the 3D viewer as they are worked out, rather than after a blank ten-minute wait.
Click anything that is wrong or missing, say what it should be, and the sheets get re-examined for just that wall. When it is right, export to SketchUp.
